The board of Clerkenwell Ventures announces that it received notification from GLC Limited that, as at 9 June 2009, GLC Limited No 1 FURBS has increased its indirect interest to 580,000 ordinary shares, representing 6.95% of the voting rights in the Company.
The ordinary shares referred to above are ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company.
