The board of Clerkenwell Ventures announces that it received notification on 2 April 2009 from Schroders plc that, as at 1 April 2009, Schroders plc has an indirect interest in 836,666 ordinary shares, representing 10.03% of the voting rights in the Company.
The ordinary shares referred to above are ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company.
