The board of Clerkenwell Ventures announces that it has received notification on 10 March 2009 from Aviva plc that, as at 6 March 2009, Aviva plc and its subsidiaries have increased their direct interest to 6,291,576 ordinary shares representing 7.54% of the voting rights in the Company.
The ordinary shares referred to above are ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company.
