Court approves reduction of capital, Completion of Proposals
Clerkenwell Ventures announces that it has received Court approval for the Reduction of Capital. This approval means for every Ordinary Share held at the Record Date a Shareholder will receive 32.1 pence in cash. This amount is expected to be paid out during the week commencing 9 March.
The final step of the Proposals is the Consolidation and this will take effect so that at 8.00am, on Monday, 9 March 2009 the New Ordinary Shares will be admitted to trading on AIM, under ticker code CRK, and with a new ISIN: GB00B3L0Q676.
