The board of Clerkenwell Ventures announces that it has received notification on 7 January 2009 from Henderson Global Investors Limited that, as at 6 January 2009, Henderson Global Investors Limited has a direct interest of 6,668,971 ordinary shares representing 7.991% of the voting rights in the Company.
The ordinary shares referred to above are ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company.
