The board of Clerkenwell Ventures announces that it has received notification on 12 December 2008 from Henderson Global Investors Limited that, as at 12 December 2008, Henderson Global Investors Limited has a direct interest of 6,920,281 ordinary shares representing 8.293% of the voting rights in the Company.
The ordinary shares referred to above are ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company.
