The board of Clerkenwell Ventures announces that it has received notification on 9 December 2008 from Hargreave Hale Limited that, as at 8 December 2008, Hargreave Hale Limited has increased its indirect interest to 10,023,332 ordinary shares representing 12.0116% of the voting rights in the Company.
The ordinary shares referred to above are ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company.
