The board of Clerkenwell Ventures announces that it has received notification on 20 October 2008 from Hargreave Hale Limited that, as at 17 October 2008, Hargreave Hale Limited has increased its indirect interest to 9,123,332 ordinary shares representing 11.1% of the voting rights in the Company.
The ordinary shares referred to above are the ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company.
