The board of Clerkenwell Ventures announces that it received notification on 13 August 2008 from Close Investments Limited that following a transfer of holdings to a new investment manager, Close Investments Limited no longer has an indirect interest in the ordinary shares or the voting rights in the Company.
The ordinary shares referred to above are the ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company.
