The board of Clerkenwell Ventures announces that it received notification on 1 August 2008 from Hargreave Hale Limited that, as at 31 July 2009, Hargreave Hale Limited has an indirect interest in 8,251,332 ordinary shares representing 10.01% of the voting rights in the Company.
The ordinary shares referred to above are the ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company.
