The board of Clerkenwell Ventures announces that it received notification on 08 August 2008 from Octopus Investments Limited that, as at 1 August 2008, Octopus investments Limited has an indirect interest in 6,567,617 ordinary shares representing 7.97% of the voting rights in the Company.
The ordinary shares referred to above are the ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company.
