The board of Clerkenwell Ventures announces that it received notification on 27 June 2008 from FIL Limited ("FIL") that, as at 23 June 2008, FIL has an interest in 3,899,166 ordinary shares of 5p each in the capital of the Company, representing 4.73% of the voting rights in the Company.
