The board of Clerkenwell Ventures announces that it received notification on 20 February 2008 by Hargreave Hale Limited ("Hargreave Hale") that, as at 19 February 2008, Hargreave Hale has an interest in 8,275,273 ordinary shares of 5p each in the capital of the Company, representing 10.037% of the voting rights in the Company.
