The board of Clerkenwell Ventures announces that it received notification on 21 January 2008 by Aviva plc and its subsidiaries ("Aviva Group") that, as at 18 January 2008, the Aviva Group has an aggregate direct and indirect interest in 5,695,333 ordinary shares of 5p each in the capital of the Company, representing 6.91% of the voting rights in the Company.
