The board of Clerkenwell Ventures announces that it received notification on 21 January 2008 by Newton Investment Management Limited that, as at 18 January 2008, Newton Investment Management Limited has an indirect interest in 7,400,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the capital of the Company, representing 8.98% of
the voting rights in the Company.
