The board of Clerkenwell Ventures announces that it received notification on 20 December 2007 by Schroders plc that, as at 19 December 2007, Schroders plc has an indirect interest in 9,095,565 ordinary shares of 5p each in the capital of the Company, representing 11.03% of the voting rights in the Company.
