The board of Clerkenwell Ventures announces that it received notification on 12 October 2007 from AXA Managers Limited that, as at 10 October 2007, AXA S.A. has an indirect interest in 2,666,666 ordinary shares of 5p each in the capital of the Company, representing 3.23% of the voting rights in the Company.
