The board of Clerkenwell Ventures announces that it received notification on 16 October 2007 by Schroders plc that, as at 12 October 2007, Schroders plc has an indirect interest in 8,336,665 ordinary shares of 5p each in the capital of the Company, representing 10.11% of the voting rights in the Company.
