Holding in Company
The board of Clerkenwell Ventures announces that it received notification on 13
August 2007 from Hargreave Hale Limited that, as at 9 August 2007, Hargreave
Hale Limited has an indirect interest in 8,882,207 ordinary shares representing
12.89% of the voting rights in the Company. 8,450,000 of these ordinary shares
are for unit trusts operated by Marlborough Fund Managers Ltd, for which
Hargreave Hale Limited manages the investments on a discretionary basis. The
remaining balance is held on behalf of other discretionary clients.
The ordinary shares referred to above are the ordinary shares of 1 pence each in
the Company.
