Directors' Shareholding
In accordance with Chapter 5 of the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure
and Transparency Rules, the Company was informed on 19 April 2007 by David Page,
Non-Executive Chairman, that he was beneficially interested in 3,083,433
ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company, representing 4.47% of the total
voting rights of the Company.
On the same day, the Company was informed by Paul Campbell, Non-Executive
Director, that he was beneficially interested in 2,100,100 ordinary shares of 1
pence each in the Company, representing 3.05% of the total voting rights of the
Company.
